"My only criticism of your hotel involved checking in at night. Admittedly it was about 10:30 p.m. No one was at the desk and there was no note as to where or when the desk clerk would return. We went around to the side door for employees only and called "hello" No answer. After several minutes a woman appeared, reprimanded us for opening the door and sarcastically said we needed to practice patience. We did not appreciate being treated so rudely when we were simply trying to check in. A note informing us that someone would be with us shortly would have been helpful. It would appear the hotel would have needed to have a second person on duty to prevent theft, not to mention providing customer service. Otherwise we were very pleased with the hotel, clean, comfortable, very roomy, nicely appointed, with excellent lighting in the rooms. We loved the breakfast served in the morning. We would happily stay there again."
