Value Place provides short term residents, minimum stay of 1 week, home like accommodations at rates starting at 159. With three room options, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels. Amenities include no lease obligations, free utilities, telephone and expanded cable with 1 movie channel, interior corridors with elevator, biweekly housekeeping, on site laundry facilities, high speed internet access available (10 per week). Special Note Concerning Sunday Arrivals, Our office is closed Sunday, therefore there are no Sunday check-ins. Those needing to arrive Sunday must start their stay with us on Saturday's business date.
